Current setup
The site uses the URL to select English or Spanish; it does not use a preference-tracking cookie for language. The enquiry form keeps a retry identifier in the memory of the open page and does not save form drafts to browser storage. No advertising pixels, behavioural profiling or optional analytics tracking have been intentionally installed in this release.
Essential security technologies
Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. When forms are enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile helps detect automated abuse and may process technical data and use strictly necessary security technologies. These functions are used for site operation and security, not cross-site advertising. If the site is temporarily limited to approved reviewers, Cloudflare Access may set essential authentication cookies after sign-in. Their precise names and duration depend on the active provider configuration.
Consent for optional tools
Because the currently implemented site does not intentionally use non-essential tracking, it does not present a marketing-cookie banner. Before adding optional analytics, embedded marketing services, social-media pixels or any other non-essential trackers, we will inventory them, publish their purposes and durations, and implement the applicable consent mechanism with equally accessible accept and reject options. Such features must not run before any required consent.
Your controls and changes
