UNIFIED COMMERCE FLOW
How we workInsightsContact

For suppliers

Introduce your products. Keep control of your information.

Tell us about your company and the product families you supply. Commercial conditions stay part of a private enquiry, not an automatic public listing.

Introduce your company

A focused introduction

Start with legal company name, country, business contact and product families. Explain whether you manufacture, distribute or supply through another arrangement. A short description of your commercial scope is more useful than unsupported claims about scale.

You may attach a company or product overview in PDF. At this stage, do not send personal identity documents or information belonging to others without permission.

Commercial information with context

If you share indicative terms, specify MOQ, pack size, currency, delivery basis, lead-time assumptions and validity. Distinguish a current offer from general capability and identify information that requires confirmation.

You do not have to disclose confidential prices in the initial message. A more detailed exchange can follow if there is a relevant reason to continue.

Review does not mean automatic acceptance

An introduction can be reviewed for relevance and completeness. Further documents or clarification may be requested. Submitting the form does not confer a verification badge, guarantee buyer access or create an expectation of orders.

Any transaction will need its own agreement, including the roles of UCF and the supplier.

Publication requires a separate decision

Your company name, pricing, documents and product images are not published through this form. Public disclosure, where later proposed, requires an explicit agreement about the exact information and the rights to use it.

The current website provides corporate enquiries. There is no supplier account, listing management system or marketplace onboarding workflow in this release.

GOOD TO KNOW

A few practical answers.

Will my prices appear on the website?

No. Supplier enquiry data is not published.

What can I attach?

One PDF of up to 5 MB, such as a concise company introduction or product-family sheet.

Does submitting guarantee cooperation?

No. Relevance, documentation and commercial conditions need to be reviewed and agreed.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Let’s start with what you need.

A product, a specification or a commercial question. Tell us where to begin.
